Crackle Collection

This highly textured and spontaneous crackle glaze brings an element of wild nature to your table alongside a sophisticated modern style in sleek high contrast navy blue and white.

After being thrown on the wheel, finished, and bisque fired, each piece in this collection is coated in a dark blue slip. Lined with a satin white glaze, the outside of each piece is dipped in the crackle glaze. Playing with the thickness and texture of the glaze allows each piece to come out completely unique.

Once glazed, I load these pieces in the gas kiln and fire for roughly 20 hours to cone 10 reduction, reaching roughly 2480*F. After a two day cooling period, I unload the kiln and sand each of the pots, and then they are ready for their new homes! All of this collection is dishwasher and microwave safe.

How long does it take to get my Crackle Collection?

It depends on the contents of your collection. The length of production depends on availability and production schedule. Your set will be ready anywhere between 1 and 3 months, contact Nicole for further details.
